Through the One More Beer Festival TICKET SERIES website it is possible to buy tickets for an event organized by One More Beer Festival, who are fully responsible for the event.

By registering on the One More Beer Festival TICKET SERVICE, you consent to the collection, processing and use of personal data by OMB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA, now and in the future, in accordance with the Polish law, in particular the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. You have the right to inspect your data and correct or delete it. The administrator of personal data is OMB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONA ODPOWIEDZIALNOSCIA
By saving a reservation, the customer concludes a contract for the sale of e-tickets, accepts it and confirms that he has read the Regulations.

Reservations can be made no later than the day before the date of the event.

The reservation is valid for the One More Beer Festival TICKET SERVICE and the event organizer only after making the reservation fee (AFTER PAYMENT ON THE SERVICE'S SUCCESS).
If you choose a simple transfer as a form of payment, you must make the payment as soon as possible after making the booking. If we do not receive your payment within 3 days, your booking will be canceled.

After posting the payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming the booking of tickets with a pdf file for printing. The printout is an e-ticket. It should be printed and brought. The printed e-ticket entitles you to enter the Event.

All unpaid reservations within the prescribed period will be canceled and re-intended for sale, and the Booking will be removed.
9.
The customer has the right to return the product without giving a reason within 14 days - in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended) "Consumer who concluded a distance contract , may, within 14 calendar days, withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the costs indicated below, "

Complaints should be reported to roch.mlodecki@smakpiwa.pl. Complaints will be considered without delay, maximum within 14 days.

The purpose of shopping is to provide the necessary data, making it possible to make a reservation and payment by completing the order form. TICKET SERVICE One More Beer Festival is not responsible for incorrect data entered into the form.
The Customer's personal data will be stored by the One More Beer Festival TICKET SERVICE only to enable the user to place an order in the online store. Personal data will not be made available to third parties and other entities for marketing purposes.
The website user agrees to the collection and storage of his personal data by the One More Beer Festival TICKET SERVICE, once they have been entered into the system.
A registered website user has access to their data and can change their data at any time.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel illegally sold / falsified tickets and refuse to enter the event to their owners.

Admission to the party only for adults.

The purchase of a ticket means the conclusion of a contract with the organizer consisting in the delivery of food at a closed event (One More Beer) organized at the time and place designated by the client. Time and place are selected by purchasing the selected ticket.
